Campaign cards laid out per client, separate virtual cards for each agency account

A Card for Every Client

Create a virtual card per client, ad account or campaign in seconds. Client budgets never mix, and the transaction history of each card doubles as that client's ad spend report.

Monthly Ad Spend Limits per Client

Set a limit on each card equal to the client's monthly budget, with an expiry date if the engagement ends. The platform cannot charge past the limit, so overspend stops at the card.

Real-time Ad Spend Tracking

Every charge from every client card shows in one dashboard as it happens. Spot an account that is running hot, adjust the limit or freeze the card before the next billing cycle.

Stop holding client cards on file

Replace stored client card details with an agency-issued virtual card per client. Fund by ACH or wire, set the limit, and invoice exactly what was spent.

Expense management for agency finance teams

Cards for clients, cards for your own team and tools, and one view of all of it. Limits and spending policies replace approval threads, and the REST API automates the rest.

Separate Client and Agency Spend

Client ad accounts, agency subscriptions and team expenses each get their own cards, so books stay clean and pass-through spend is obvious.

Limits That Follow the Budget

Raise a client's limit when a retainer grows, lower it when it shrinks, and let expiry dates close out finished projects.

Cards for Your Team

Add clients without adding admin

New client, new card, one minute. Issue cards from the dashboard or automate it through the REST API as your client list grows, with limits set from day one.

Alexey Shmonov

Reconciliation: from a week to minutes. 3,600+ cards, $3.3M+ settled.

Still have questions?

Issue one virtual card per client account and set its spend limit to the client's monthly budget. The ad platform charges that card only, so spend cannot exceed the limit. Adjust the limit from the dashboard or via API when budgets change, and add an expiry date for fixed-term campaigns so the card closes itself.

Both models work with virtual cards. If the client owns the ad account, add an agency-issued card with a limit as the billing method instead of storing the client's card details. If the agency pays and rebills, a card per client gives you a clean transaction history to invoice against. Either way, budgets stay separate.

Each card has its own transaction history, so a client's ad spend is simply the activity on that client's card. Transactions are visible in real time, and accounting sync is available via API, so the report does not depend on spreadsheets or platform exports. If a client asks what the ad spend was, the answer is already there.

Yes. Cards are issued to employees or team members who need access to company funds for business purposes. Each user's access and available actions depend on the permissions you assign, and every card carries its own limit and spending policy. Finance keeps full visibility over all cards from one account.

There are no platform fees on domestic payments or on ACH and wire top-ups. International transactions cost 1% + $0.30. Card issuing is free within your quota; extra cards cost $2 to issue and $2 per month while active. Cashback of up to 1.5% applies depending on volume, average payment, US share and decline rate.
