Cards for Adjusters and Field Staff

Field adjusters and inspectors get a card each, capped per month and limited to the merchant categories they need. Travel and small purchases stop flowing through reimbursements.

A Card per Vendor and Partner

Repair networks, inspection firms, data and lead providers each get a dedicated card with its own limit and expiry date, so vendor spend is visible and capped before the invoice arrives.

Spend Control per Department

Claims, underwriting, marketing and IT run on separate cards under one spending policy. Finance sees each department's spend live and adjusts limits without waiting for month-end.

Put every department on its own cards

Elibrium is available to US-registered businesses. Complete KYB, fund your balance by ACH or wire, and issue cards to teams and vendors once verified.

Insurance operating spend, visible and under control

Software, data subscriptions, lead generation, field travel and vendor payments each get cards and rules of their own. One dashboard, one spending policy, every office.

Full Visibility Over Spend

Every transaction posts in real time with card, employee and merchant. Finance sees what each office spent today, not next month.

Rules per Card, Not Just Limits

Restrict merchant categories, set expiry dates and apply spending policies per role, so a field card only works for field costs.

Recurring Vendor Payments, Organized

Rating data, comparative raters, CRM and marketing tools each bill a dedicated card, so renewals stand out and cancelled tools stop billing.

One Policy Across Offices

Apply the same limits and permissions to every branch and agency location, and freeze or reissue a card in seconds when staff change.

Automate card issuing via API

Issue vendor and employee cards from your own systems through the Elibrium REST API, set limits from your data, and sync transactions to accounting.

"Every campaign gets its own card - we launched over 16,000 in a single quarter. Each media buyer controls their own spend, and we see every dollar in one place instead of chasing statements at month-end."

Alexey Shmonov

CEO, Marketcall

Jun-Aug 2024. Campaigns launched over the period, one card per campaign, per Marketcall.

Reconciliation: from a week to minutes. 3,600+ cards, $3.3M+ settled.

"Reimbursing a distributed team used to mean receipts, spreadsheets and a full week of reconciliation. Now everyone gets a card with the right limit, and reconciliation takes minutes."

Questions media buyers ask us

Still have questions?

For operating spend, look for card issuing in seconds, per-card limits, merchant category controls, real-time transaction visibility and an API. Elibrium provides these for US-registered insurance companies, agencies and TPAs, with cards issued by Sutton Bank, Member FDIC, pursuant to a license from Visa U.S.A., and up to 1.5% cashback on card payments.

Yes. Cards can be issued to employees and team members who need access to company funds for business purposes. Each card gets its own limit, expiry date and allowed merchant categories, and each user's access depends on the permissions you assign. If an adjuster leaves, freeze the card in seconds and reissue it to the replacement.

Elibrium is built for your company's own spending: cards for employees, departments and the vendors your business pays. Paying claimants or other third parties outside your company is not part of the standard product. If you have a claims payout scenario in mind, contact our team to discuss it before planning around it.

Give each vendor, subscription and branch a dedicated card with a limit and, where useful, an expiry date. Spending policies apply the same rules to every office, and every charge shows up in real time in one dashboard. Data can be pulled into your accounting system via the REST API, so reconciliation does not depend on collecting statements.

Generally there are no fees. ACH and wire top-ups are free, and card issuing is free within your company's card quota; extra active cards cost $2 to issue and $2 per month. International transactions carry a fee of 1% + $0.30. Cashback of up to 1.5% depends on volume, average payment, the US to international ratio and decline rate.
