Business cards for construction companies and contractors

Give every foreman and crew a Visa card with a material limit per job site. Purchases at supply counters, lumber yards and rental desks show up in real time, so you know what each job spent before the invoice arrives.

A Card per Foreman and Crew

Each foreman, superintendent and crew lead gets a card with a limit you set. Add it to Apple Pay or Google Pay and pay at the counter, with no shared card and no reimbursement forms.

Material Limits per Job Site

Create a card for each project with a monthly or per-job cap and restrict it to building supply, hardware and equipment merchant categories. A card cannot spend past the budget you set.

Every Purchase Visible from the Field

See the charge the moment it posts, with card, merchant and amount. Because each card belongs to a job or a crew, cost tracking per project happens without chasing paper.

Issue crew cards in minutes

Complete KYB for your US-registered construction business, fund your balance by ACH or wire, and issue cards to foremen and crews the moment you are verified.

Expense management for construction companies, built for the field

Materials, fuel, equipment rental, permits and small tools each get cards with rules you set. Elibrium tracks it all per job in real time and syncs to accounting via API.

A Card for Every Job

Open a card when the project starts, set the material budget, and close it when the job is done. Spend by project lives on the card.

Locks at the Supply Counter

Restrict each card to the merchant categories a crew needs, such as building materials, hardware or fuel, and block everything else.

Track Every Field Purchase

Every swipe and tap posts in real time with card, merchant and amount, so project managers see job costs the same day, not at month-end.

Freeze and Reissue Instantly

Crew changes, a lost phone or a suspicious charge: block the card in seconds and issue a new one to the replacement foreman.

Spend management for construction, in real time

Set spending policies per role, give estimators and project managers the permissions they need, and earn up to 1.5% cashback on materials and equipment.

Questions media buyers ask us

Still have questions?

The right card depends on what you need to control. Most contractors need a card per crew or job with a set limit, merchant restrictions and real-time visibility more than a rewards program. Elibrium issues Visa business cards for US-registered companies, funded from your balance by ACH or wire rather than a credit line, with up to 1.5% cashback on card payments.

Yes. Create a card for each project, set its limit to the material budget for the month or the whole job, and restrict it to building supply, hardware, equipment rental or fuel merchant categories. When the budget is used up the card stops, and you can raise the limit in seconds if the scope changes.

Yes. Elibrium cards are Visa cards and work wherever Visa is accepted, in store and online, subject to program terms. Add a card to Apple Pay or Google Pay so a foreman can pay by tap at the counter. Every purchase appears in your dashboard immediately with the merchant name and amount.

Each foreman, crew and job gets a dedicated card with a limit and merchant rules. Every purchase posts in real time under that card, so cost by project is tracked as it happens. Transactions can be pulled into your accounting or job costing system through the REST API, which replaces gathering receipts and coding statements at month-end.

Generally there are no fees. ACH and wire top-ups are free, and card issuing is free within your company's card quota; additional active cards cost $2 to issue and $2 per month. International transactions carry a 1% + $0.30 fee. Cashback of up to 1.5% depends on your volume, average payment, US to international ratio and decline rate.
