Still have questions?

A B2B virtual card payment is a payment from one business to another made with a card number that exists only digitally. The paying company creates the card, sets a limit and an expiry date, and gives the number to the supplier, who charges it like any Visa card. The buyer keeps control of how much can be charged and sees the transaction the moment it posts.

You issue a virtual Visa card in the Elibrium dashboard or through the API, set the limit to the invoice or to a monthly cap, and pay the supplier online, by phone or through their portal. The charge appears in real time, tagged to that supplier's card. When the order is complete you can freeze the card, or leave it open for recurring purchases.

Elibrium cards work wherever Visa is accepted, which covers most distributors, parts suppliers, freight brokers and online industrial marketplaces. Some suppliers add a surcharge for card payments, so compare it with the cashback you earn. For vendors that only take bank transfers, keep your existing process and move the rest of your supplier spend onto cards.

Yes. A p-card program is a set of cards with limits and merchant rules, issued to the people who buy on behalf of the company. Elibrium lets you do that without a bank application: issue a card to each buyer or plant manager, set a limit and merchant categories, and monitor every purchase in real time. Cards are issued to employees and team members with permissions you assign.

There are no platform fees on domestic card payments, and funding by ACH or wire is free. International payments, where the supplier or its bank is outside the US, carry a fee of 1% + $0.30 per transaction. Card issuing is free within your allocated quota; extra cards cost $2 to issue and $2 per month while active. See the pricing page for the full schedule.
