A Virtual Card per Booking

Create a card for each hotel, flight or tour reservation from the dashboard or via API. One card, one booking, one charge, so reconciliation matches your booking system line by line.

Limits That Match the Reservation

Set the card limit to the exact booking amount and an expiry date after check-out. A supplier cannot charge more than agreed, and a leaked card number has nothing left to spend.

Cards for Staff on the Road

Hotel managers, tour leaders and sales teams get their own cards with limits and merchant category controls, so out-of-pocket claims and one shared company card disappear.

Issue your first booking card today

Complete KYB for your US-registered travel business, fund your balance by ACH or wire, and start paying suppliers by card the moment you are verified.

B2B travel payments without shared company cards

OTAs, agencies and hotel groups pay hundreds of suppliers a month. Elibrium replaces one shared card with a card per booking, supplier or property, under one set of rules.

A Card for Every Trip

Group cards by client, itinerary or property. Hotel, flight and transfer payments for one trip sit on cards you can audit in seconds.

Expiry and Merchant Controls

Set an expiry date that ends after the stay and restrict merchant categories to hotels or airlines, so a card cannot be used anywhere else.

Every Charge in Real Time

See the supplier charge the moment it posts, compare it with the booking, and freeze or reissue a card in seconds if the amount is wrong.

Travel Expense Tracking

Staff trips, property purchases and supplier deposits show up with card, amount and merchant, ready to sync to accounting via API.

Automate booking payments via API

Connect your booking engine or mid-office to the Elibrium REST API and issue a card per reservation automatically, with limit and expiry set from the booking.

Alexey Shmonov

CEO, Marketcall

Reconciliation: from a week to minutes. 3,600+ cards, $3.3M+ settled.

Questions media buyers ask us

Still have questions?

Yes. Elibrium virtual cards are Visa cards and are accepted wherever Visa is accepted, including hotels, airlines and online booking platforms, subject to program terms. For a hotel booking, set the card limit to the reservation amount and an expiry date after check-out, then pass the card details through the property's secure payment channel. The hotel charges it like any other Visa.

It depends on whether you need to accept payments from travelers or pay suppliers. Elibrium covers the second part: issuing Visa virtual cards for US-registered travel agencies, OTAs and hotel groups, with per-card limits, expiry dates, merchant category controls and a REST API for issuing a card per booking. It does not process traveler payments.

Yes. The Elibrium REST API lets you create a card, set its limit and expiry, and retrieve transaction data from your own system. A booking engine or mid-office tool can issue a card the moment a reservation is confirmed and freeze it after the supplier charges it. Engineer-assisted integration is available on request.

A refund goes back to the card that made the original payment. Because each booking has its own card, the refund lands on a card tied to that reservation and shows up in your transactions in real time, so matching it is straightforward. Keep the booking card in your account until the refund posts rather than removing it after the charge.

Card issuing is free within your company's card quota. Beyond it, each additional active card costs $2 to issue and $2 per month. There are no platform fees on ACH and wire top-ups. Payments to merchants outside the United States carry a 1% + $0.30 fee, and you can earn up to 1.5% cashback on card payments.
