Built for high-volume spend
Elibrium platform data, September 2026.
Create a virtual Visa card with a limit, an expiry date and a merchant category from a single request. Cards are live in seconds, so your systems can pay the moment they need to.
Operations, engineering, marketing and vendor payments each get their own cards with permissions. Issue at scale without a spreadsheet of who holds which card and why.
Every authorization and settlement is available through the API the moment it happens. Reconcile automatically and feed your own dashboards and accounting workflows.
Integrate Elibrium directly into your own system and issue cards on demand. Engineer-assisted API integration is available on request.
REST API for issuing and payments, per-card controls, Apple Pay and Google Pay, and no card program to set up. Start issuing for your company once KYB is complete.
Cards are created and usable in seconds, with the limit, expiry date and merchant category you pass in the request.
Create, freeze, reissue and query cards through the REST API. Connect Elibrium to the workflows you already run.
Per-card limits, expiry dates and merchant category locks, set at creation or changed later through the API or the dashboard.
Issue as many cards as your operations need. Extra cards beyond the free quota cost $2 to issue and $2 per month while active.
Cards issued through the API can be added to Apple Pay and Google Pay, so team members and field staff pay in a tap while your controls stay in place.

Still have questions?
A card issuing platform lets a company create payment cards for its own use through a dashboard or an API, instead of applying for each card at a bank. Elibrium is the program and API layer: you create virtual Visa cards, set limits and merchant rules, and read transactions in real time. The cards themselves are issued by Sutton Bank, Member FDIC, pursuant to a license from Visa U.S.A.
After your company completes KYB verification, you receive API access. A single request creates a card with a name, a limit, an expiry date and merchant category controls, and returns the card details for use. Further calls freeze, reissue or update a card and pull authorizations and settlements as they happen. Engineer-assisted integration is available if you want help wiring it into your stack.
Yes. Cards can be issued to employees and team members who need access to company funds for business purposes. Each cardholder gets permissions that decide what they can see and do, and each card carries its own limit and expiry date. Cards can be added to Apple Pay and Google Pay, and you can freeze or reissue any card in seconds from the dashboard or the API.
Today Elibrium is built for issuing cards to your own company's operations and team members, with the API automating that at any volume. If your product needs cards in the hands of your platform's end users, sellers or drivers, contact the team with the use case. Requirements for that scenario are handled case by case, and an account manager will tell you what is possible.
Card issuing is free within your company's allocated card quota. Beyond it, each extra card costs $2 to issue and $2 per month while active. There are no fees on domestic transactions; international transactions carry 1% + $0.30. Funding by ACH or wire is free, and cashback of up to 1.5% applies depending on volume and payment mix. Engineer-assisted API integration is priced on request.
