One Virtual Card per Subscription
Issue a dedicated virtual Visa card for each SaaS tool, cloud account and API bill. When a vendor raises its price or a trial ends, the card limit decides what gets paid, not the vendor.
One card per tool, with a hard limit and an expiry date. See every software subscription in real time, stop renewals you did not approve, and earn cashback on every cloud and tool payment.
Built for high-volume spend
Elibrium platform data, September 2026.
Issue a dedicated virtual Visa card for each SaaS tool, cloud account and API bill. When a vendor raises its price or a trial ends, the card limit decides what gets paid, not the vendor.
Set a monthly limit and an expiry date on each card. A recurring charge above the limit is declined, so software spend never drifts past the budget you set for that tool.
Every subscription charge shows up the moment it happens, tagged to its card. Finance sees which tool costs what, without waiting for the statement or chasing the team for receipts.
Freeze the card and the renewal stops. No vendor emails, no dispute forms. Reissue a new card in seconds when the team needs the tool back.
You do not need another platform to hunt for unused licenses. Put each tool on its own virtual card, set the limit, and the spend controls itself.
Cloud hosting, analytics, design software, API usage: each gets a virtual card with its own limit, expiry date and merchant category.
Set a per-card limit and expiry date. A renewal above the limit is declined, and freezing the card ends the subscription for good.
Every charge appears as it posts, tied to the tool it pays for. Export the data or sync it to accounting through the API.
Create cards, set limits and pull transactions through the REST API. Spin up a card the moment a new tool is approved.
Pay for SaaS tools, cloud and ads from one platform, with a card for each team, tool and project. Apple Pay and Google Pay for the team on the road.

Still have questions?
A virtual card is a Visa card that exists only in digital form. You create it in seconds, give it a name, a monthly limit and an expiry date, and enter its number at the vendor's checkout. The subscription charges that card each cycle. If the charge exceeds the limit, it is declined. You see every transaction in real time in the Elibrium dashboard.
Yes. Virtual cards work for recurring payments the same way a physical card does. Set the limit to what the subscription should cost and the card keeps paying it every month. Set an expiry date to end a trial or a contract automatically, or freeze the card at any time to stop the next renewal before it happens.
SaaS spend management means knowing what your company pays for software and keeping that spend within budget. License-audit tools do this after the fact by scanning invoices and logins. Virtual cards do it at the point of payment: one card per tool, a limit per card, and a live feed of every charge, so the control is built into how you pay.
It depends on how you spend. If most of your spend is subscriptions, cloud and ads, look for cards you can issue in seconds and in any number, per-card limits and merchant controls, real-time transaction data, and an API to automate issuing. Elibrium is built around those four things and adds cashback of up to 1.5%, depending on volume.
Card issuing is free within your company's allocated card quota. Beyond the quota, extra cards cost $2 to issue and $2 per month while active. There are no fees on domestic transactions. International transactions, where the merchant is outside the US, carry a fee of 1% + $0.30. Funding by ACH or wire is free. See the pricing page for the full schedule.
